Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
Server log files
Each time our website is accessed, our server automatically collects data transmitted by your browser (including IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, HTTP status code, referring website, browser and operating system). This data serves the stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Web hosting
Our website is hosted in the EU by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The provider processes the data transmitted via the website on our behalf. Sign-up form
When you sign up via the form on our website, we process the data you provide (name, email address and, if given, company, audience, and your notes about your use case) in order to give you access to our application and to handle your request. After you submit the form we redirect you to our application at agent.lowcloud.de. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, at the latest upon your withdrawal. To manage these requests we use the CRM system Pipedrive, provided by Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia. The data you submit is stored there on our behalf as a processor; we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Contacting us via WhatsApp
We link a WhatsApp number on our website. The link only opens WhatsApp once you actively click it; simply visiting our website transfers no data to WhatsApp. We do not embed a WhatsApp chat widget. If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your mobile number, your profile name and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or our legitimate interest in fast communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the conversation as soon as your enquiry has been fully handled and no retention obligations apply. The service is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Message content is end-to-end encrypted, but metadata (including phone numbers, timing and frequency of communication) is processed by WhatsApp and may be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, standard contractual clauses. We have no influence over this processing by WhatsApp. Please do not send us sensitive data (Art. 9 GDPR) via WhatsApp; use email instead. Fonts
We serve fonts self-hosted from our own server. No data is transferred to external providers (such as Google Fonts) when you access the website.
Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies, for example to store your language preference and to ensure the website functions. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, so no cookie consent is required.
