Which AI models run at lowcloud, and where the servers are
Your agents run on models you pick yourself — per agent and per step. Fourteen of them are processed on servers in the EU, including the ones from China. This page says which, and what the processing chain looks like.
Processed in the EU
These models run through Melious, a provider based in Saarbrücken, Germany, on servers inside the EU. The request never reaches the model vendor.

The chain: you → lowcloud UG, Bielefeld → Melious AI GmbH, Saarbrücken → data centres in the EU. Melious runs no data centres of its own but distributes across European operators, and does not publish which one serves which model. We pass on the assurance we have, and nothing beyond it.

These models run through OpenRouter. Where a request is handled depends on the provider and is usually outside the EU. If the place of processing has to be fixed, take a model from the list above.

What a model costs
Prices are not on this page. What a single run cost is shown in euros on every run in the app — that is the number you quote your client. The spread between models is roughly a factor of fifty.
